Customized Packaging Line

This fully integrated packaging line represents the pinnacle of automation, combining a vision counting system with sequential automatic bagging, case erecting, loading, sealing, and palletizing operations. It is designed for high-volume production of discrete items such as hardware, components, pharmaceuticals, or food products.

The process begins with a Vision Counting System, which utilizes high-resolution cameras and advanced image processing software to accurately and rapidly count products as they feed onto the conveyor. This ensures precise batch quantities. Counted items are then automatically transferred to the Automatic Bagging Machine, which forms, fills, and seals bags according to preset parameters.

Subsequently, bags are conveyed to the Automatic Case Erector and Sealing System. This unit automatically erects corrugated boxes from flat blanks, places them in position, and then gently loads the filled bags inside. The filled boxes are then automatically sealed with tape or hot melt adhesive. Finally, the sealed boxes are conveyed to an Automatic Palletizer, which robotically or mechanically stacks them onto pallets in a pre-programmed, stable pattern, ready for warehousing or shipment.
